The Practice Manager is responsible for the efficient administration of the Practice. Our aim is to provide expert and friendly personal health care for you and your family. Your suggestions and ideas are always welcome either in person or over the telephone to the Practice Manager or via the suggestions box in reception.

All our staff have received professional training and their job is to keep both the doctors and the patients happy. They deal with enquiries from all directions, accept repeat prescriptions, answer the telephone and make appointments for you to see the doctor or nurse, often all at the same time! They have a difficult job, so please be patient. Our receptionists are there to help you; we do ask them sometimes to enquire from you the nature of your problems in order that you may be given the most appropriate help. Anything you tell them will be treated in absolute confidence. We do understand that you may only wish to divulge your concern to the doctor, and on such occasions a simple statement such as “it’s a personal matter” will put an end to further enquiries.
The secretaries are very important to the smooth running of the practice and deal with many referrals and queries daily. If you have a query regarding your referral please contact one of the secretaries.
