30The Health Visitors are based at Paulton Hospital and can be contacted on telephone (01761) 408358.
They are trained nurses and can give advice on general health care, particularly for expectant mothers, children, and the disabled. They visit all children under 5 years of age and hold a baby clinic every Tuesday between 10:00am and 11:30am at the Midsomer Norton childrens centre (appointment not required).
It would be helpful if you could contact the Health Visitors once you have registered with the Practice to give details of any children in your family under five years of age. They also hold a post-natal group for new mothers.
