You can order your prescriptions by:-

  1. Handing your repeat slip in at reception
  2. Posting in your request and supplying a stamped addressed envelope, if you need it returned via the post
  3. Use the online repeat prescription system which can be accessed by clicking the emis link below. If you have not already done so, please request an access id from the surgery.
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE INTERNET EXPLORER 6 OR ABOVE IF USING THE ON-LINE PRESCRIPTION SERVICE

  • IF USING THE MESSAGING SERVICE ON-LINE PLEASE DO NOT USE IT FOR A MEDICAL PROBLEM OR FOR ORDERING REPEAT OR ACUTE MEDICATION, THIS SERVICE IS FOR ADMINISTRATION ONLY, THANK YOU.

Please come to the Surgery in person and speak to the Receptionists. You will be given a Registration Letter with your unique registration details that you  should keep safe.
