Extended Hours
The surgery will now be open on alternative Saturdays mornings for pre-bookable routine appointments only.
There will NOT be any availability for emergency appointments or home visits on a Saturday as these will continue to be covered by the existing “Out-of-Hours” service.
The surgery phone lines will not be open, but the receptionist will be available at the front desk for the usual services (i.e. booking appointments, collecting prescriptions).
Please be aware, when booking these appointments there will be NO nurse and therefore NO blood tests, vaccinations, ECG’s etc. Also this service cannot be used for non NHS services i.e. medical examinations for HGV’s, etc.
Please also note, these appointments are intended for use by those patients who are unable to attend routine appointments due to work commitments i.e. working outside the area and outside the routine appointment times.
